Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible and reliable Dispatch Rider to safely and efficiently transport and deliver goods, samples, and packages to designated locations while ensuring timely delivery, proper vehicle maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver goods or samples to designated locations.
• Plan routes and use GPS/navigation applications to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, traffic laws, and company safety regulations.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring they are properly secured.
• Ensure the motorcycle is fueled, clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Conduct regular motorcycle inspections and report faults or maintenance needs.
• Arrange for repairs and servicing as required.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and incidents.
• Submit trip logs and other required documents on time.
• Interact with clients professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or other emergencies and follow company reporting procedures.
• Understand and comply with the company’s quality and food safety policies.
• Report any identified food safety hazards to the food safety team.
• Assist with office pickups and other transportation-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid rider’s / driver’s license and any required certifications.
• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of routes and roads within the area of operation.
• Ability to use GPS and navigation applications.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate trip and vehicle records.
• Responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to emergencies.
