Dispatch Manager at Gourmet Twist

Job Description

• Supervising and managing a team of dispatchers, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Assigning tasks to dispatchers and ensuring that all orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.
• Monitoring the progress of deliveries and resolving any issues that arise, such as delays or delivery errors.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure that orders are processed correctly and delivered on time.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and customer information.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure that there is an adequate supply of products on hand to meet customer demand.
• Analyzing delivery data and providing reports to senior management to help identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience
• Proximmity to Lekki is an added advantage.
