Key Responsibilities
Architect the National Reform Tracker
Define KPIs with each MDA
Lead development of dashboards
Oversee policy analysts and researchers
Produce Weekly Intelligence Digests
Conduct cross-sector analysis
Manage all reform-related data pipelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Policy, Economics, Data Science or related field (Master's preferred)
7–10 years in analytics, policy, governance, economics
