    Director of Executive Education

    About the job

    • We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Executive Education to spearhead our Executive Education programs. This is a pioneering role that requires a visionary leader with a strong understanding of curriculum development, business development, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing executive education programs that align with the university's mission and the needs of business leaders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and development of innovative and high-impact executive education programs.
    • Establish and cultivate partnerships with corporate organizations, government agencies, and professional bodies.
    • Develop business strategies to drive growth and revenue for executive education programs.
    • Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and stakeholders to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and competitive.
    • Oversee program operations, ensuring high-quality delivery and exceptional participant experience.
    • Drive marketing, outreach, and recruitment efforts to attract executives and business leaders to the programs.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into program offerings.
    • Develop and manage budgets, pricing strategies, and financial performance for executive education.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; a Ph.D. is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 15 years post NYSC experience with at least 10 years of experience in executive education, professional training, corporate learning, or a related field.
    • Proven expertise in curriculum development and business development.
    • Strong industry connections and experience in building partnerships with corporate organizations.
    • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of engaging senior executives and stakeholders.
    • Experience in managing executive-level training programs, workshops, and conferences.
