Job Brief: Our client, a leading Real Estate company is seeking dedicated and hardworking Direct Sales Agents that will help to drive sales of various company products as well as ensure an optimal level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
• Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers.
• Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
• Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
• Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers.
• Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.

Job Requirement:

• Must be a university graduate.
• Possesses digital marketing skills.
• Must be an astute communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
• Must have knowledge about Nigeria's Real Estate Market with proven recent sales records.
• Possesses good client management skills.
• Must be a team player and support management and peers as well as the business goal.
