    Direct Sales Agent

    Summary

    • Become a key player in delivering essential financial solutions to customers.
    • This role is perfect for sales professionals who enjoy building connections, solving customer needs, and achieving rewarding performance-based earnings.
    • As a DSA, you will play a vital role in driving the organization growth objective through proactive sales efforts and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and convert leads into customers through direct sales strategies. 
    • Conduct sales presentations, explain product benefits, and address customer inquiries. 
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. 
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories or markets. 
    • Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. 
    • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports. 

    Qualifications

    • Minimum qualification: BSc / HND in any discipline. 
    • 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles. 
    • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills. 
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. 
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
