Job Summary

We are seeking a Direct Sales Agent to provide excellent customer service, drive sales, maintain product displays, and promote the company’s products, services, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, arranged, and tagged.
• Promote KongaPay, BNPL, Konga Travels & Tours, and other sales channels.
• Drive sales, negotiate with customers, and achieve targets.
• Provide accurate product information and feedback on pricing and new products.

Requirements:

• Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc., or equivalent.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Fast learner with good customer service and communication skills.
