Direct Sales Agent /Field Sales Agents

Job Summary
- We are seeking passionate and result-driven Direct Sales Agents / Investment Sales Agents to join our client’s team.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales of financial and investment products, managing client relationships, and achieving business growth targets.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 1-year sales experience in a financial institution or investment bank.
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc / HND / B.Ed in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven understanding of financial securities products (for Investment Sales Agents) or experience in financial products such as account opening or loan management (for Loan Sales Agents).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, particularly within the financial sector.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a high level of integrity.
