Job Summary

We are hiring Digital sales representatives to manage our Social Media Sales Channels. You will also be responsible for processing orders and modifications, as well as escalating complaints across various communication channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries online, i.e Instagram and WhatsApp
• Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
• Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
• Take customers orders
• Attends to clients and makes them welcome
• Responds to inquiries about the company.

Requirements:

• Should be tech and social media savvy

Applicants who reside within, or around the axis of Ikeja (Ogba, Ketu, Ojodu, Agege, Alimosho, Magodo, Ogudu, etc) have a higher preference.
