Digital Sales Executive at HR Aid

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary: N100,000 – N120,000
We are looking to hire a Digital Sales Executive for our client, a Media firm located in Ikeja, Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, blogs, etc to increase company and brand awareness
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization)
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends,etc)
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as Digital Sales Executive or similar role
• Experience with selling ads on online platforms
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
