Job Summary

• We are seeking a target-driven Digital Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand the market reach of the company's FMCG products through field-based customer acquisition and digital sales tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other prospective customers to drive product sales and market penetration.
• Promote the company's products, communicate product benefits, and encourage customers to place orders.
• Drive product availability, visibility, and distribution within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify new sales opportunities, prospect for customers, and expand the company's customer base within assigned locations.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and outstanding issues in collaboration with the relevant internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, ND, OND, or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, field sales, route-to-market operations, or a similar role.
• Experience engaging retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other trade customers.
• Familiarity with digital ordering applications, mobile sales tools, CRM systems, or distributor management systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of FMCG distribution channels, product merchandising, and retail sales operations.
