    Digital / Performance Marketing Specialist

    Key Responsibilities

    • The Digital Marketing Specialist is a hybrid role combining paid digital media expertise and search engine optimisation (SEO).
    • The ideal candidate is responsible for strategising, implementing, and optimising paid ad campaigns while driving organic growth through SEO initiatives.
    • This role ensures an integrated approach to performance marketing to achieve business goals.
    • Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram,
    • LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
    • Conduct audience research and target segmentation for precise ad placements.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CTR, and CPA.
    • Manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effective ad placements.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.

    Qualifications

    • 3–5 years experience in a performance marketing role; agency or in-house
    • Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for both paid and organic growth.
    • Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for improved search engine rankings.
    • Implement link-building strategies and monitor backlink profiles.
    • Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations to enhance website performance.
    • Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content that aligns with campaign goals.

    General Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Track and analyse both paid and organic campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
    • Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, including algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging SEO strategies.
    • Ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across paid and organic channels.

    What Success Looks Like:

    • Increased website traffic through a balance of paid and organic strategies.
    • Improved ROI on ad spend and higher rankings for targeted keywords.
    • Seamless integration of paid and organic efforts for cohesive marketing campaigns.
