    Digital Media Officer

    Role Overview:

    • The Digital Media Officer will take a more strategic role in managing digital content and online presence, developing campaigns, and driving engagement across all digital platforms. This fully onsite position requires someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to lead the creation of impactful content.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Digital Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement.
    • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Manage and optimize social media campaigns, ensuring content is aligned with brand objectives and resonates with the target audience.
    • Content Creation & Planning: Lead the creation of compelling and original content across all digital platforms, collaborating with designers and other content creators.
    • Campaign Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and KPIs using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and provide strategic recommendations to improve performance.
    • Email Campaigns & CRM Management: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, managing subscriber lists and ensuring effective communication.
    • Online Community Management: Proactively manage the company’s online community by engaging with users, answering questions, and fostering a positive brand image.
    • SEO & Website Optimization: Work closely with the web development team to ensure website content is optimized for SEO and delivers a smooth user experience.
    • Trend Analysis: Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends and innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in a digital media or digital marketing role.
    • Strong understanding of digital media platforms, SEO, and content management systems.
    • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms.
    • Experience in managing email campaigns and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
    • Ability to create and manage digital media budgets and campaigns.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
