We are seeking a creative, efficient, and fast-paced Digital Media & Content Associate to support our brand visibility and property marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality content quickly and consistently in a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging property videos, reels, graphics, and captions
Cover property tours, site visits, and company activities for content
Execute social media and marketing strategies
Ensure timely and consistent content delivery
Manage daily posting and audience engagement
Monitor trends and adapt content strategically
Track analytics and support performance reporting
Collaborate with the sales team to support property marketing campaigns
Qualifications & Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in content creation or social media management
Strong video shooting and editing skills (Reels/Short-form content)
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
