Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, efficient, and fast-paced Digital Media & Content Associate to support our brand visibility and property marketing efforts.
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality content quickly and consistently in a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging property videos, reels, graphics, and captions
• Cover property tours, site visits, and company activities for content
• Execute social media and marketing strategies
• Ensure timely and consistent content delivery
• Manage daily posting and audience engagement
• Monitor trends and adapt content strategically
• Track analytics and support performance reporting
• Collaborate with the sales team to support property marketing campaigns

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in content creation or social media management
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (Reels/Short-form content)
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
• Strong storytelling and copywriting ability
• Efficient, fast in execution, and deadline-driven
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Must reside within or around Lekki Phase 1
