Engage with the public through social media and ensure visitor flow to digital sites.
Analyses and report on visitor data and devise new ways to market products
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
Oversee a social media strategy
Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s)
Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
Track and analyse website traffic flow, provide regular internal reports and make recommendations for improvement;
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
Fix any errors or bugs in online content
Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
Write copy for email marketing campaigns
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
Create and upload copy and images for the organization's website;
Provide accurate reports and analysis to company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI);
Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums;
Design website banners and assist with web visuals;
Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting;
Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns;
Develop and integrate content marketing strategies;
Negotiate with media suppliers to achieve the best price
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (or a professional marketing qualification)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital communications and marketing or a similar role
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools- Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Other Requirements:
Are you highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate? Do you possess vast knowledge of optimizing landing pages and user funnels?
Are you experienced with A/B and multivariate experiments and have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends and working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
