Job Summary

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll join our innovative and dynamic creative team. Leveraging your design skills and marketing expertise, you'll create visually appealing and effective marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, website banners, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with our client’s brand and marketing objectives.
• Plan and manage social media posting calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across platforms and analyze current and past marketing data, such as campaign performance reports, and provide strategies to improve engagement and increase conversions.
• Create and improve design proposals for existing and new clients, and provide mentoring to junior members of the creative team and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all designs are on-brand and delivered within deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in creative design and digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and digital marketing projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Salary

• N250,000- N300,000.
