Digital Marketing Specialist at Infinion Technologies

Main Reponsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website/content for search engines.
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to enhance site performance.
• Monitor rankings and craft SEO-friendly blogs/landing pages.
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Recommend engaging content strategies (posts, videos, graphics).
• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns.
• Foster community engagement and track KPIs (likes, shares, conversions).
• Design automated email workflows (welcome series, post-project, pre and post-events, nurture campaigns).
• Segment audiences and A/B test subject lines/content to improve open/click-through rates.
• Maintain email list health and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales to align strategies and qualify leads.
• Optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs for conversion.
• Run targeted campaigns (webinars, eBooks, ads) to capture high-quality leads.
• Track KPIs using Google Analytics and similar tools as well as Dynamics CRM tool.
• Propose and test new strategies for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 2 - 4 years in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing digital ads, social media content, motion graphics, and branding projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and image retouching.
• Familiarity with design principles and asset optimization for digital platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
