    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Job Summary  

    We are looking to employ a young, vibrant, creative and data driven individual who will be responsible for creating awareness and generating leads for the services we provide by identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies that will increase the company’s sales across all digital channels. His/her responsibilities include bringing our stories to life, growing the community on our social media channels, driving and analyzing engagement data, reputation management, and planning integrated social media campaigns in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

    • Minimum Qualification: Degree
    • Experience Level: Mid level
    • Experience Length: 1-2 years (Clinic Experience in an added advantage)

    Job Description/Requirements

    Job Description

    • Implementing and managing the overall organic and paid social media strategy for various services across all owned channels and platforms.
    • Writing engaging content for a variety of audiences that is consistent with brand guidelines.
    • Creating and managing calendars, graphics, and social videos for each services.
    • Establishing best practices and analyzing competitor's activity to improve services.
    • Engaging, growing, and converting social media fans and followers.
    • Implementing new features to develop service awareness, like promotions and competitions.
    • Analyzing social media strategies weaknesses, making recommendations for improvements, researching trends, and setting key performance indicators for social media campaigns.
    • Monitoring, reporting and analyzing results to improve performance, using tools such as Google analytics and others.
    • Preparing daily, weekly and quarterly feedback such as tracking the traffic flow and providing internal reports.

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of B.Sc. in any related discipline with not less than 2years experience working in social media, marketing, or some related field. Experience in a marketing role involving campaign planning, media strategy, and execution is preferred.
    • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
    • Excellent knowledge of search engine marketing, and email marketing.
    • Result-oriented performance-driven.
    • Excellent presentation skills and communication skill.
