    Digital Marketing Specialist

    About the job

    • As a Digital Marketing Specialist for Earnipay, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our target audience, and drive brand awareness, as well as customer acquisition.
    • This role requires an understanding of the Fintech industry, social media platforms, and a strategic approach to digital marketing.

    Responsibilities

    Social Media Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media initiatives.

    Platform Management:

    • Manage and optimize social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media profiles.

    Content Creation:

    • Create and curate engaging, compelling and relevant content for social media platforms, including videos, and other multimedia materials.
    • Collaborate with content creators to align social media content with broader content strategies.
    • Develop a content calendar that aligns with the overall social media strategy.
    • Ensure content is tailored to each platform and audience segment.

    Paid Social Advertising:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
    • Monitor budgets, targeting, and ad performance to maximize ROI.

    Community Engagement:

    • Foster a positive and interactive online community around our brand.
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and encourage user-generated content.

    Thought Leadership Initiatives:

    • Implement thought leadership campaigns on social media to position the brand as an industry authority.
    • Collaborate with internal experts to create and promote thought-provoking content.

    Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify social media trends, benchmarks, and opportunities.
    • Leverage insights to stay ahead in the Fintech social media landscape.

    Brand Messaging and Compliance:

    • Ensure all digital content aligns with the Earnipay’s brand messaging and visual identity.
    • Adhere to regulatory compliance standards in all digital marketing efforts.
    • Stay informed about industry-specific compliance requirements.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure social media performance metrics.
    • Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Collaboration with Marketing Teams:

    • Work closely with broader marketing teams to integrate social media strategies into overall marketing initiatives.
    • Provide social media insights to inform the development of marketing campaigns.

    Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

    • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in both the Fintech industry and social media marketing.
    • Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:
    • Implement strategies to generate qualified leads through digital channels.
    • Optimize conversion paths on the website and landing pages to maximize lead conversion.

    SEO and SEM Optimization:

    • Collaborate with marketing team to Implement SEO strategies to improve the brand’s online visibility and search engine rankings.
    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform content creation and website optimization.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in fintech or related industries.
    • Strong skills in content creation, social media management, and demand generation.
    • Familiarity with digital analytics and the ability to interpret and leverage data for strategic planning.
    • Experience with paid media advertising and SEO best practices.
