Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing and branding objectives
• Content Creation & Curation: Develop, write, and edit engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and oversee specific social media campaigns, including advertising, to promote the organization and its products or services.
• Platform Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), adapting content for each platform's unique audience and format.
• Community Management: Monitor social channels, engage with followers, respond to posts and comments, and foster a positive online community and brand advocates.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyse, and report on key social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize strategies and content.
• Audience Engagement: Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and tailor content to resonate with them.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-5 years work experience.
• Must be willing to work fully onsite - Ikeja.

Salary
N250,000 (Net) monthly.
