We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our organization.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive online brand visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversion.
This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and the ability to manage a team to execute campaigns successfully.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice, SEO strategy, and audience needs.
Manage search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and oversee search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing to optimize performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with other departments, agencies, and external partners to align marketing efforts and achieve cross-functional goals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
