    Digital Marketing Executive

    Role Summary / Key Functions

    • The Digital Marketing Executive has the overall responsibility for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for the company, ensuring topline online presence 24/7.

    Key Functions include:

    • Planning and Execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including digital and traditional media Management of the company’s website and its various e-channels, including devising strategies to drive online traffic to the website, tracking and analyzing website traffic flow and proffering improvement solutions.
    • Developing and executing successful online campaigns; measuring, reporting and optimizing campaign effectives against established KPls
    • Generating creative ideas for promotion of the company’s products and services.
    • Monitoring competitive activities, market trends and recommending necessary courses of action.

    Reporting Line:

    • The Digital Marketing Executive is a member of the executive management and reports to the CEO, who is an expatriate.

    Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline but with good digital marketing certifications.
    • A strong MBA will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 8 years post-graduation experience, out of which at least our years must be within the industry; and at least three years managerial experience.
    • Self-starter, ability to work In a fast-paced environment and deliver good results, tech-savvy and good working knowledge of accounting software (especially those used in the industry) are distinguishing required competencies.
    • Good working knowledge of desktop publishing, and software development.
    • Good working relationship with different online influencers.

    Remuneration

    • Remuneration is highly robust and comparable to what is obtainable within the top echelon of the industry.
