Here’s what your tasks will be:

• Attract new potential clients by developing, implementing, and executing cutting-edge strategic marketing plans for the company 
• Ensure clear goals for marketing campaigns / programs and track and report on performance versus those goals.
• Work with the CEO to determine the right audience, right messaging, and right marketing tactics to deliver on campaign / program goals.
• Generate the content for use in marketing campaigns, programs, and other initiatives. 
• Run ads across different platforms
• Manage distribution and delivery of marketing emails, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns / initiatives.
• Identify creative, out-of-the box ideas for marketing campaigns that can improve our efforts across the board.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing and client service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent at writing copy 
• Extremely familiar with digital platforms.
• Experience with wordpress and SEO
• Collaborative
• Positive
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and loves to develop new systems and processes.
• Excellent at multitasking
• Takes direction well and enjoys being part of a team.
• Independent, self-starter who executes tasks on time, every time.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to take constructive feedback.
• Loyal, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast paced small-business environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Available to attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
• Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday
