    Digital Marketer

    Job Summary

    • The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing Transave's digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
    • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, content creation, social media management, SEO, paid advertising, and analytics.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
    • Manage the company's social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
    • Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data and analytics.
    • Create compelling marketing content, including graphics, videos, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
    • Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
    • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer engagement initiatives.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and company events.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular marketing performance reports.
    • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
    • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
    • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an added advantage.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience marketing fintech, financial services, or technology products.
    • Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
    • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
    • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey mapping.
