    Digital Marketer

    JOB DESCRIPTION: A digital marketer is responsible for developing multi-channel communication strategies for an organization.

    His/her job description covers various online marketing sections, such as affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, pay per click campaign, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media marketing.

    He/she is required to develop an online presence for the organization and will have to attract a huge number of followership on the Internet through a series of social media sites like Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.

    He/she is expected to be Internet savvy in order to perform these tasks properly.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • He/she also has the role of writing email marketing campaigns for their organization. After writing such campaigns, he/she is required to dispatch them accordingly.
    • The digital marketer must be a good communicator and must be good with words, both in written and verbal forms. He/she must be convincing in the way he/she uses words.
    • Assist with all activities related to lead generation
    • Manage the database of the organization and keep a tab on online visitors and clients
    • Keep updated on the latest trends in the digital advertising world
    • Develop various online marketing strategies and integrate them into the company’s marketing system
    • Provide assistance with paid marketing and liaise with various agencies involved in digital advertising
    • Contribute to the company’s blog and websites and manage its e-communication aspect
    • Monitor clients’ performances via various web software and them hint on improvement
    • Contribute to the company’s campaigns on brand awareness.
    • Must be a good content creator for media production

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field related to marketing
    • Possess digital marketing experience for at least 2 years
    • Possess experience in managing advertising campaigns, like social media, email, marketing database, search engine optimization and so on
    • Possess high creativity levels
    • Ability to identify target audiences for specific products
    • Ability to devise engaging digital campaigns that can motivate, inform, and engage the audience
    • Possess experience on how to optimize the company’s landing pages
    • Possess good knowledge of WebTrends, Omniniture, NetInsights, Google Analytics, and various other website analytics tools
    • INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD RESIDE ON THE ISLAND
    • INTERESTED APPLICANTS SHOULD BE READY TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
