Digital Marketer at First Excelsia

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Overview

• The role holder will be responsible for designing, managing and implementing the digital marketing strategy and framework for the company.
• To be successful in this role, you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools & strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain the organisation’s social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise marketing efforts and optimise user experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in digital marketing or related role.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Working knowledge of ad serving and web analytics tools
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
