Summary:

Our Client is a Lagos-based branding and design agency serving clients within and outside of Africa

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our digital-led marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to acquire and retain customers for our insights products and services.

Your day to day will involve conducting market research to find answers about our customer requirements, habits and trends while brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns. You will also assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas such as content development and advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research including advertising trends, competitors and products to inform digital marketing campaigns.
• Publish digital marketing content across various channels targeted at business professionals
• Implement campaigns across various channels such as search, email, video and display
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
• Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
• Create, monitor and scale digital campaigns to maximize ROI
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

Requirements and skills

• Not more than 30 years
• Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements especially digital marketing such as SEO/Social media/Paid Ad etc.
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and digital applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.) is a big plus

Salary - 100,000 (net)
