Digital Enterprise Development Officer at Kerberos Technologies Ltd

Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and practice-oriented resource person to support trainees and small business operators to convert skills into income opportunities through business models, pricing, branding, customer acquisition, digital enterprise management and market access. The ideal candidate must be able to teach clearly, demonstrate practical tasks, mentor trainees and support measurable learning outcomes.

Key Content Focus

• Business model development and service packaging
• Branding, value proposition, pricing and simple financial records
• Customer acquisition, sales channels and digital market access
• WhatsApp Business, social pages, online catalogs and digital payment readiness
• Enterprise coaching, pitch preparation and post-training business follow-up

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver practical enterprise acceleration sessions aligned with the SSE component of the programme.
• Help trainees identify how acquired skills can become jobs, freelance services or micro-businesses.
• Guide trainees to create business models, service packages, price lists, customer profiles and market access plans.
• Support enterprise pitching, mentorship, business readiness assessment and post-training follow-up frameworks.
• Provide reports on trainee enterprise readiness, business ideas, market linkage opportunities and support needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management, Development Studies, ICT or a related field.
• Minimum of five years preferred experience in entrepreneurship development, SME advisory, business development, enterprise training, digital business support or market access programmes.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian SMEs, informal businesses, youth employment, freelancing and self-employment pathways.
• Ability to develop simple business plans, pricing models, go-to-market plans, branding guidance and market linkage strategies.
• Experience with government, donor, NGO, incubation, vocational or enterprise development programmes is an advantage.
