Job Description

• TIA, Digital Content & Communications Strategist leads the planning, creation, and management of content across the organizations website, email, blog, and social media platforms to strengthen storytelling, brand consistency, and audience engagement.
• They manage the content calendar, track analytics, and use insights to improve communication outcomes. The role oversees daily website updates, structure, usability, security, accessibility, and SEO alignment, while coordinating technical support and maintaining accurate program and campaign pages.
• The Strategist also manages the CRM system, integrates digital touchpoints, maintains data accuracy, and supports reporting and engagement workflows. They develop and maintain digital policies such as Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Management, ensuring compliance and ethical digital practices.
• Additionally, the role supports brand and visual identity alignment across materials, manages the broader digital ecosystem and workflows, collaborates with internal teams and partners, and contributes to continuous improvement of communications systems and stakeholder engagement.
