Digital Analyst Assistant at Peridot Forte Solutions Consulting

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy in alignment with the Company's business goals.
• Manages the Company’s social media pages; creates post schedules weekly ahead of the new week for the social media handles.
• Manages the Company website: uploads product pictures and details on the websites.
• Implements email marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring new customers and increasing revenue.
• Measures digital traffic trends on websites and social media handles, analyzes and submits reports to supervisor.
• Reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns to management. Monitors social media and Google Analytics; monitors engagement on the social media pages and responds to enquiries.
• Manage Promotions and Adverts on the Company’s digital platforms. Send SMS to customers on new stock, special occasions and festive periods.
• Assist to prepare and manage the monthly budget for the Digital department for activities such as SMS, Adverts, Photoshoot, etc.
• Creates Sponsored adverts to targeted audience to drive sales.

Requirements

• First degree in relevant discipline with 1-2 years related work experience
• Good knowledge of digital marketing
• Organisational skills
• Good communication skills.
