Job Brief:
We’re looking for a performance driven and competent Digital Advertising Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You will brainstorm with key stakeholders to set marketing goals, implement and measure results.

You are capable of growing revenues by successfully managing multiple Paid Media campaigns, including Paid Social, Google Display Ads, and Search Ads. You are innovative with your campaign strategies and implementation, effectively manage budgets and bids, analyze campaign performance, and present data-driven insights. Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage multiple paid media client accounts and communicate professionally with the team.
Create and develop paid media campaigns across several channels simultaneously (Google, Facebook, Bing, Twitter, etc.)
Be accountable for budget and bidding, recommending strategic data-driven options for better results.
Analyze data insights and present to the team (ROI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion volume, etc.) to deliver reports with accuracy and make proposals for optimization
Observe and adapt to the latest trends and changes in social media and the digital industry
Retarget efficiently to maximize results
Requirements:
Result-driven mindset
Strategic expertise on multiple advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Bing, Twitter, etc.)
3 years of PPC campaign management experience
Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
Writing and proofreading skills (creative copy, emails, etc.)
Project management and analytical skills
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications a plus
Basic knowledge of HTML
Have results and case studies from past campaigns
Experience and understanding of blockchain and crypto is an advantage but not compulsory
