About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Dewatering Supervisor with strong Project Management skills to oversee dewatering operations on a busy construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all dewatering activities, supervising site teams, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and monitor all dewatering operations on site.
• Lead and manage site teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage resources, equipment, and scheduling to meet project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in dewatering operations in construction projects.
• Proven track record in project management within a construction environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is an advantage
