Development Research and Evaluation Field Manager at Ipsos

Job Purpose

• To oversee the execution of face to face & CATI projects within field operations and to ensure the continuous training, monitoring and mentoring of FCs, maintaining the pool of Supervisors & interviewers according to project needs for Development Research and Evaluation projects.
• To ensure best practices and ways of working for face to face & CATI projects is implemented and maintained for
• Development Research and Evaluation projects.
• Ensure Development Research and
• Evaluation quantitative data collection across Nigeria is conducted effciently in terms of timelines, within costs and quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities & Deliverables

• To manage, coordinate and monitor Development Research and
• Evaluation project execution across Nigeria along with RFMs with a view of achieving set standards

Knowledge & / or experience of regional FC / Supervisor's iob
