Desktop Engineering Technologist at Benin Electricity Distribution Plc. (BEDC)

Responsibilities:

• Managing the in-house IT workshop for resolution of system-related issues
• Ensure reduction of downtime by providing direct hardware support
• Effectively troubleshoot and run diagnostics, repairs and system installation
• Ensure good house keeping
• Provide support to other IT functions
• Any other function that may be assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related courses
• Have 3 - 5 years experience in similar role
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and under high pressure.
