• Assist the production manager in developing their specific material and color stories, as well as in executing retail viable color combinations to support themes.
• Ensure that design integrity is maintained throughout the product development process, from concept to manufacturing.
• Ensure that appropriate product testing for performance standards is carried out.
• Complete technically accurate packages that adhere to ENASCO testing, construction, and quality standards.
• Visualizes and designs new products, they keep up to-date with emerging trends, designing the right product at the right time to meet customer requirements, often working to a design brief in line with branding requirements and production limitations.
• Sketch and color up footwear for seasonal footwear presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of SSCE / Trade-Test / Diploma/ OND in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ practical experience for the respective roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
