Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Design Architect who is skilled in architectural  visualization and 3D animation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Revit Architecture/ArchiCAD and Lumion software to create high-quality animations, renderings, and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Revit Architecture to model building designs and 3D environments
• Leverage Lumion software to generate photorealistic animations, walkthroughs, and visualizations of architectural projects
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling animations
• Produce 3D animations, videos, and still renderings to support presentations, marketing materials, and design reviews
• Continuously explore and implement new techniques, workflows, and software to enhance the quality and efficiency of 3D visualization
• Provide technical guidance and support to the design team on 3D modeling and animation best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and software updates related to architectural visualization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/ HND in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Design Architect or Visualization Specialist
• Proficient in Revit Architecture for 3D modeling and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Extensive experience in Lumion for creating high-quality architectural animations and visualizations
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction methods
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary design team
• Passion for exploring new technologies and techniques in architectural visualization
