Design Architect

Job Description
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings (presentation and working) both by hand and by using specialist computer – aided design (CAD) application
- Executing 3D visualizations by carrying out realistic renderings (exterior and interior)
- Creating 3D animation videos for presentation purposes.
- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
- Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologist
- Writing and presenting reports and proposals.
- Visiting sites periodically for inspection.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
- Playing a part in project and team management
REQUIREMENTS
- Expert in either AutoDesk Revit, Archicad or similar
- Expert in Autocad, Lumion and 3D Max or similar
- Excellent 3D visualization skills
- Excellent 3D animation skills
- Minimum of a BSC/HND in Architecture.
