    Deputy Manager Operations

    Job Details

    • Proficiency in MS office & good typing speed
    • Adaptability and presence of mind to handle customer queries and complaints
    • In-depth knowledge and understanding of systems and processes
    • Ability to Innovate and enhance procedures and methods to increase productivity & cost effectiveness

    Team management skills

    • Japanese language skill N1 holder to build relations with local mission
    • Fluency in English Language and Japanese Language – Ability to read, write and speak fluently, especially in Japanese & English, knowledge of an additional international language would be very helpful (region specific language can be looked at). 
    • Manage day-to-day activities: Oversee administrative and functional tasks at the Visa Application Centre.Document scrutiny and verification: Ensure accurate and timely verification of documents for visa processing.
    • Maintain application data: Record and maintain all application data accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Ensure administration and logistics: Oversee passport delivery to consulates, applicants, and logistics companies.
    • Conduct regular audits: Implement process changes and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
    • Ensure quality and accuracy: Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct errors.
    • Maintain customer satisfaction: Enhance procedures and innovate methods to increase productivity and cost-effectiveness.
    • Adhere to Service Level Agreements: Ensure adherence to SLAs, Standard Operating Procedures, and manuals.
    • Ensure compliance and ethics: Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance with corporate procedures.
    • Develop team and self: Provide training and development opportunities for team members and self to ensure continuous improvement.

    Qualification & Experience 

    • Minimum: Graduate or global equivalent degree 
    • Additional: Post – Graduate or global equivalent
    • 2 – 5  years’ experience preferably in Travel and Tourism or Service industry
    • Proficiency in MS office & good typing speed
