Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight to key departmental heads and coordinate cross-functional operations.
• Drive commercial growth, market expansion, and business development.
• Oversee HR, administration, supply chain, and production coordination.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, operational efficiency, and cost control.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support organisational development, people management, and the implementation of strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or executive role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA/MSc is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical commercial leadership, market development, and managing multifunctional teams.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry operations, regulatory requirements, and business strategy.
