Depot Representative at Pinnacle Oil & Gas Ltd

Reports To: Logistics Lead 

Location: Free Zone, Ibeju – Lekki 

Job Responsibilities 

• Coordinate the dispatch of trucks loaded from third-party depots via the ERP system. 
• Ensure timely loading and dispatch of trucks to prevent throughput delays and demurrage. 
• Verify that all truck loading and dispatches are executed in line with approved daily pricing/rates on the ERP. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records on the ERP system. 
• Prepare and circulate daily truck-out reports to relevant stakeholders. 
• Conduct daily stock reconciliation with third-party depots and ensure alignment with ERP records. 
• Participate in vessel discharge operations at the terminal to ensure accurate product receipt and documentation. 
• Monitor and provide daily and weekly updates on vessel receipts into third-party depots. 
• Ensure prompt issuance of waybills and accurate documentation for all dispatched trucks 
• Maintain strict adherence to operational controls, safety standards, and compliance requirements. 

Requirement 

• OND or higher qualification in Business Administration, Transport management or a related field is an added advantage. 
• Experience in Oil & Gas depot representative role is an advantage 
• Relevant administrative certification is an advantage. 
• Minimum of 1 year administrative experience, preferably in haulage, logistics operations or fleet management 
• Team-oriented with good reporting discipline.
