Deposit Mobilization Officer at Paragon Consulting

A fast-growing tech and financial services company has an amazing opportunity for those wanting to grow their careers in sales and marketing as deposit mobilization officers (DMO). As a DMO you will help grow deposits on the platform and help customers experience liberation from traditional banking challenges. This role is great for you if you have a strong personality, love professional development, are self-driven, and can take initiative.

Several positions are available at our branches in:

• Yaba, Ikeja, Mile 12/Ketu, Ikorodu, Sango, Ile Epo, Ikotun, Ipaja, Ajah, Alaba and Oko-afo/Agbara.
• Candidates will be asked to select their preferred location.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote deposit products.
• Work with the sales team to discuss performance targets and develop sales strategies.
• Speaking to potential customers with joy and enthusiasm to understand their financial and business needs.
• Hybrid- 2 days at HQ/branch office as needed.

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or any related field.
• You have a minimum of an ND/HND.
• Strong personality. Enjoy speaking to people and winning.
• You have a hustle mentality. You are willing to learn and are not afraid (or are willing) to conquer your fears. 
• You understand the economy and what Nigerians are facing from an economic perspective. You can understand CBN rates.
• You love to problem solve, negotiate, and enjoy being a part of a winning team. 
• You are honest and trustworthy.
• You are trainable and can learn from others to develop, grow, and succeed in the role.
