Role Summary:

As a Dentist you will specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of oral diseases and conditions, providing dental care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental examinations and screenings to assess oral health and detect dental problems.
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions, such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay, through procedures such as fillings, root canals, and extractions.
• Perform cosmetic dental procedures, such as teeth whitening, veneers, and dental bonding, to improve patients’ smiles and self-confidence.
• Educate patients about proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and diet, to prevent dental problems and maintain oral health.
• Provide preventive dental care, such as sealants and fluoride treatments, to children and adults.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as orthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons, to coordinate patient care and referrals as needed.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid license to practice as a dentist in Nigeria.
• Strong clinical skills and expertise in performing dental procedures and treatments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
