• We are looking for smart and agile graduates/part-time students to contact debtors and claim outstanding loans.
• This will be done primarily through telecommunication channels.

Job Description

• Manage recovery of overdue payments from customers by reaching out to customers. 
• Aim to hit set individual/team targets by collecting overdue loans. 
• Follow up on delinquent accounts, update and maintains accurate records. 
• Perform other assigned duties necessary to support the portfolio weekly. 
• Give an accurate report on customers reached out to weekly.
• Understand the assigned product and be persuasive enough to convince customers to pay amounts due using available repayment methods.

Job Experience

• OND / HND Qualification.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Preferably resident within 1-hour driving distance from Maryland, Lagos.
