Job Summary

• We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to manage reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• The ideal candidate will monitor Traackr, update critical documents, and transfer data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and Vet Traackr: Review for accuracy and performance.
• Update Report Lists: Maintain and update the report Lists sheet.
• Upkeep Reporting Tab on External Master: Ensure consistency in reporting data.
• Update Traackr Excel Master Sheet: Manage and update the Traackr Excel master sheet.
• Transfer Address Info Accordingly: Ensure accuracy and consistency in data across systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Traackr or similar platforms.
• Excel proficiency (large data sets, organized sheets).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Management or digital marketing experience.
• Familiarity with data reporting and external stakeholder communication.
