    Data Entry & Social Media Manager

    Our Client

    Our client, a leading online destination for document and templates seeks the services of a Data Entry Officer, who will be in charge of data entry, data management and content upload. The individual will also be managing the client's social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a Data Entry Officer to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems. Data Entry Officer responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Also, the preferred candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts

    Job Description

    • Compile and verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
    • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
    • Inform and obtain further information for incomplete documents
    • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
    • Keep information confidential
    • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
    • Comply with data integrity and security policies
    • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
    • Define most important social media KPIs
    • Manage and oversee social media content.


    • Proven data entry work experience.
    • Experience with MS Office and data programs
    • Confidentiality
    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
    • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
    • Attention to details.
