Data Entry Operator at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Generation of waybill\invoice for all loaded trucks to facilitate their prompt exit from our facility for timely deliveries in other to delight our esteemed customers.

THE JOB

• Ensure awareness, understanding and application of quality policy and departmental/process quality objectives on assigned jobs
• Contributes to the effectiveness of the QMS, including the benefits of improved performance
• Should be aware of the implications of not conforming with FMN QMS requirements
• Timely generation of waybills for loaded trucks
• 100% prevention of net zero value dispatches
• Ensure proper status checks are done for all gate passes presented for loading
• Ensure accurate data is captured for all waybills/invoices
• Prepare accurate reports to enhance smooth delivery operations
• Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the Line Manager.

THE PERSON MUST

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be computer literate.
• Have problem solving skills and analytical skills.
• Have the ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Have a high-speed and accurate typing.
• Possess organizational and time management skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft office.
• Have excellent adaptability and flexibility skills.

QUALIFICATION

•  SSCE/Trade Test/NABTEB
