We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our database systems and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into various systems and databases with high accuracy.
• Verify and review data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to manage and analyze data.
• Generate reports and perform data quality checks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Qualifications:

• OND, HND, High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar position.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel functions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
