Data-Entry Of Accounting Data at Excellent & Strategic Solutions

Clients onboarded into an accounting software need help with typing in their old data into the system.
We urgently need the services of contract staffs who will be trained and deployed to the office location of our clients in FESTAC to help with data entry of their paper files into the accounting software.

This role can go beyond a contract role into a full time offer depending on your work ethics and problem solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Collate and type in their previous invoices, receipts and other old records into the accounting software
• Do thorough checks to ensure what they have done is accurate
• Check the integrity of their previously entered data to make sure they were properly inputted
• Represent our company in that office such that all suggestions and feedbacks on use of the accounting software is funneled back to us
• be available for required training to get your duties done
• practically acting as our customer service personnel in the clients premises
• send back email on daily activities or achievements regarding the data entry and other issues you may have resolved for the client

Requirements

• Strong computer literate (compulsory)
• Knowlegde of any accounting software is not compulsory but is an added advantage
• Good with numbers and calculations
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft excel or google sheets is required
• Knowledge of accounting debits and credits is not compulsory but is an added advantage
• Ability to type fast on the system
• Reside in FESTAC or environs (to save transport costs)
• Outspoken with good english
• Good dressing - professional dressing at all times in clients premises
• Problem solver
• Strong work ethics
