Data Centre Support Officer

Job Responsibilities
The Support Personnel will be responsible for:
- Tracking and ensuring all issues relating to data center
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues with 2nd level support
- Providing IT support to staff and customers, as well as responding to server and network issues.
- Monitoring and performing on-going maintenance on servers and network equipment.
- Providing periodic preventive maintenance as scheduled on IT asset
- Additional roles may be defined as required and identified during the envisioning stage.
Qualification
- Candidates shold possess an OND in any Science background.
Salary
N60,000 / Month.
