Data Analytics Executive at Trainlance

Job Summary:

• The job is responsible for collating, organizing and analyzing raw data to identify facts and trends so as to provide actionable insights to support management decision making.

As a Data Analytics Executive, you will:

• Develops and implements databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Gathers, interprets and documents detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Produce and track key performance indicators for the organization.
• Identifies areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes repares reports and visualisation dashboards for internal and external audiences using business analytics and visualisation tools
• Monitors and audits data quality.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Must-Have for the position:

• Minimum of Higher National Diploma, HND / Bachelor's Degree, B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
• years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in % Errors in Data Reporting, Frequency of Reporting, Number of new processes developed, Number of automated visualization dashboard, Number of insight reports developed.

Skills:

• Understanding of reporting & data visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Business Objects, PowerBI and Tableau; Business Acumen; Report Writing.
• Knowledge: Competitor Analysis; Industry & Market Knowledge; etc.
